Hotel Lellmann

We celebrated my Grandparents 25th wedding anniversary here in July. Great place very friendly and accommodating staff. We all enjoyed our stay and loved the food . My son & nephew loved the pool. The train station is walking distance. The staff decorated our table beautifully for the Anniversary . Front desk, Restaurant staff & Housekeeping super friendly. We enjoyed our stay

What a shame ! I came to this hotel 2 years ago and we give a 3/5 stars for this hotel. Why ? because I was sick during my stay (maybe not related to the hotel restaurant, even if the restaurant was not high quality indeed). I was sick so we could not stay one more day and ask reception if we could get a refound or at least not pay breakfast we would not get but they refuse it directly. And now, today, 2 years after my 3/5 ratings, I receive an official mail from Google that they recieve a complaint about my feedback and that I have to prove it if not they will delete it in 7 coming days !!!! What a shame from Hotel Lellmann ! So, I replied to goolge with my invoice to prove I was present and I changed my rating to 1/5 since they are cheating about evaluation on Google ! They are complaining to all feedback below 4 so it is removed in a few days !!!!

Super friendly staff in both the hotel and the restaurant. We really enjoyed our food in the restaurant and at the breakfast buffet. It was so nice to relax in the spa area which was quiet and clean. Löf itself doesn’t really have anything to offer and you can’t really enjoy the river there, but it was a nice home base to drive to explore other nearby areas. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Traditional hotel overlooking the Moselle river with fabulous views if you have a front facing room with a small balcony Car parking outside for free, boat trip pier stop right outside. But few other bars or restaurants in the immediate area so yoiur options are limited, but. restuarant was Ok on our trip, and drinks are at reasonable prices. Two cosy separate bars according to your mood, excellent breakfast selection, rooms small but clean and comfortable, good free wifi and TV.

We stayed 7 nights. The service was excellent! The bathroom in our river-facing suite was modern and clean. The room was a bit dated and had a rather hard bed (solid wood under the mattress instead of a more flexible structure) but the huge bathrub was a delight and it was equipped with a little wine fridge. The furniture in the suite could be better arranged. The TV is quite far from the bed and there is no sofa or coffee/small table. Lots of unused space in the middle of the room. The balcony was delightful, but directly over the hotel restaurant's outdoor seating, so we were often overwhelmed by cigarette smoke. Also being right on the main street we were often woken early by traffic, and helicopters spraying the vineyards. There is s cozy Weinstube/Bar in the hotel, however the serving staff didn't know much about the wines, and tastings are not offered. The in-house spa services get mised reviews. The masseuse was great! The mani/pedi was only ok. The pool/sauna/steambath were a delight! Breakfast buffet was wonderful. The 3-course dinners were ok. We wouldn't choose the dinners "halbpension" again if we return. Overall we had a very nice stay, but the price/value of our package (with dinners) could have been better.
